Qualifications include: Degree in Accounting or similar; 3+ years of senior-level experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role; proficiency with MS Office suite; experience with PCC financial system and Paychex preferred; experience in healthcare industry, non-profit or external audit preferred; strong understanding of full-cycle accounting; customer-service focused with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for tax planning and guidance, tax reporting processes, maintenance and operations, tax research, auditing and compliance, and other tax projects as needed. Qualifications include: Degree in Accounting or similar with a concentration in Tax; 8+ years of applicable experience; deep knowledge of accounting and tax principles; experience with tax software; advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, ability to manage multiple tasks; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Salary: $110,000 to $160,000 DOE and the needs of the organization. Salary: $275,000 to $325,000 DOE and the needs of the organization.
