​Seattle senior healthcare organization is searching for a Senior Accountant that will be responsible for financial accounting and reporting, including preparing accurate and timely reporting of GL activities, maintaining a system of internal controls, owning the preparation of government reporting, leading process improvement initiatives and being a team leader for other accounting staff. Qualifications include: Degree in Accounting or similar; 3+ years of senior-level experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role; proficiency with MS Office suite; experience with PCC financial system and Paychex preferred; experience in healthcare industry, non-profit or external audit preferred; strong understanding of full-cycle accounting; customer-service focused with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills. Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 DOE and the needs of the organization. Benefits: Medical/dental/vision; 401k; PTO; work up to 1 day/week remote.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tax planning and guidance, tax reporting processes, maintenance and operations, tax research, auditing and compliance, and other tax projects as needed. Qualifications include: Degree in Accounting or similar with a concentration in Tax; 8+ years of applicable experience; deep knowledge of accounting and tax principles; experience with tax software; advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, ability to manage multiple tasks; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Salary: $110,000 to $160,000 DOE and the needs of the organization. The successful candidate will be critical in strengthening all aspects of the financial management activities and play an integral part in driving and achieving strategic objectives. Responsibilities include all financial and business planning activities, including accounting and controls, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications include: 10+ years of experience in technical and strategic finance and business management; extensive M&A and healthcare industry experience; have a broad business sense and ability to grasp complex issues while focusing on key issues; track record of building and sustaining high performing teams; experience managing purchases/inventory and supporting developing dashboards; excellent communication skills; impeccable integrity. Salary: $275,000 to $325,000 DOE and the needs of the organization.
