The successful candidate will report to the CFO and will be responsible for managing assorted debt agreements. Other duties will include providing support in equity offerings, and being responsible for cash management and treasury, among other duties. Qualifications include: a degree in finance is required, MBA preferred, CFA ideal; 7-10 years’ work experience, preferably in treasury with an exposure to complex debt instruments; prior supervisory experience required; advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office products required; and an upbeat personality would be ideal.

Accounting Manager – Operations (74)
Large public company is in need of a manager in their accounting group for internet services. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in managing the accounting processes and controls in this area. Responsibilities will include performing the month-end quarterly close, month-end reconciliations, and GAAP research, among other duties. The perfect candidate will be a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for process improvement. BA or BS in Accounting required; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred; 9+ years of public/industry accounting experience preferred, demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment required; strong working knowledge of Excel also required. Strong technical accounting skills are required in this position along with a deep understanding of accounting processes in a bigger company environment. The successful candidate will manage the monthly close, ensure financial statements are prepared and filed in a timely manner, ensure SOX compliance, and be responsible for external reporting, among other duties. Government Accounting Financial Analyst (144)
Public company seeks Financial Analyst to serve as the government accounting compliance specialist. The successful candidate will be the primary interface with DCAA and Government/Customer financial audit representatives. Duties include developing the applicable rate structure to support bid and proposal work and ensure projects are accounted for appropriately. The successful candidate will also resolve any outstanding issues associated with rates or compliance standards, among other duties. Requirements include: BA/BS in Finance or Accounting plus at least 8+ years of directly related experience. Public technology company seeks a Senior Tax Director to lead the global indirect tax function for the company in matters such as sales and use tax, VAT, and occupancy tax. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Tax. Requirements include: BA or BS in Accounting or Finance; Masters in Tax and/or CPA certification; 15+ years experience with corporate tax, which may come directly from a public accounting firm, or be a combination of public tax practice and corporate tax management; and extensive knowledge of tax laws, regulations, practices and procedures especially with regard to indirect taxes.

Well-known public company seeks a Transfer Pricing Director to lead the global transfer pricing function for the company. The successful candidate will collaborate with several teams in the development, maintenance, and implementation of transfer pricing policies. The successful candidate will have 10+ years experience in public accounting or a law firm as well as industry experience in transfer pricing.
International Senior Tax Analyst (42)
Growing public company seeks an International Tax Analyst to work with other team members to perform international tax planning and compliance functions. Duties will include tax planning for the US taxation of international transactions and management of US and local country tax compliance. The successful candidate will identify and research various tax issues, among other duties. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; Masters in Taxation is a plus; CPA required; 3+ years’ public accounting experience preferably with a Big 4 firm required; fundamental understanding of US taxation of international transactions and planning for foreign operations, including foreign tax credits, Subpart F income and transfer pricing is required; experience preparing Forms 5471 and other disclosures of international transactions required, and a solid understanding of FAS 109 reporting also required. Experience with the impact of international transactions on the company’s FAS 109 reporting is a plus. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
