Our office is on the 21st floor of the 1700 Seventh Avenue Building in Downtown Seattle, located between Stewart Street and Olive Way on Seventh Avenue. The directions below will take you to the parking garage of our building.
Driving Directions:
From Southbound I-5
•Exit freeway from right lane at Stewart Street/Exit #166
•Exit ramp will lead you onto Stewart Street
•Proceed west on Stewart Street approximately 5 blocks.
•Turn left into the 1700 Seventh Parking Garage between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue. The entrance is just past the alley
From Northbound I-5
•Exit freeway from the left lane at Seneca Street/Exit #165
•At the end of the exit ramp, take right on 6th Avenue.
•Proceed 5 blocks to Olive Way and take a right.
•Go 2 blocks and take left on 8th Avenue.
•Go 1 block and take left on Stewart Street.
•Turn left into the 1700 Seventh Parking Garage between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue. The entrance is just past the alley
From the East:
From 520 take I-5 South and follow From Southbound I-5 directions via Stewart Street.
From I-90:
•Take the I-5 North exit but exit on Madison Street before getting on I-5 North.
•Take a left on Madison Street and then the next right onto 6th Avenue.
•Follow 6th Avenue to Olive Way and then turn right on Olive Way.
•Go 2 blocks and take left on 8th Avenue.
•Go 1 block and take left on Stewart Street.
•Turn left into the 1700 Seventh Parking Garage between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue. The entrance is just past the alley

Additional parking can be found on the street, or at Pacific Place Mall just one block south on Seventh.
